Meet the makers:
There are three of us, united by a passion for sharing the secrets of La Mancha: its land, its diversity, and its fruits.
Manuel, an oenologist, created a range of organic wines called Talamingo.
Through Nikolai, they met their Italian partner, Antonello, bar manager at Four Seasons Florence and vermouth lover.
Together, they developed a local recipe, with botanicals such as rosemary, thyme, almond and olive.

What makes us unique?
Authentic wine color, naturally sweet with honey instead of caramel.
Less sugar: half as much in rosé, and two-thirds less in red than other vermouths.
Local origin: all ingredients are grown on our estate, La Gallega. Thanks to our technique, the wine lingers on the palate—a fresh and fun touch.
Why do we do it?
We want to educate the public: many people don't know that vermouth is wine. Our mission is to show its true essence.
