Meet the makers:

Vermut Tres is proudly made in the small town of San Clemente - not far from the great city of Toledo where, in what today seems like a mythical time, three cultures celebrated their differences and lived together for hundreds of years.

The real Tres are an unlikely combination - a Spaniard, an Italian and an Indian - who on a first meeting decided they would embark on this journey. And we are already grateful to many others who have supported us.

And of course the donkey on our label is also part of a legendary three - the fictional creation of Cervantes. To remind us that we owe the magical mix in our bottles to the people and land of La Mancha.

We have together learned to think differently, drink differently…

  • Manuel Ramos

Manuel, an oenologist, created a range of organic wines called Talamingo.

  • Nikolai Varma

Through Nikolai, they met their Italian partner, Antonello, bar manager at Four Seasons Florence and vermouth lover.

  • Antonello Palermo

Together, they developed a local recipe, with botanicals such as rosemary, thyme, almond and olive.

Why do we do it?

We want to educate the public: many people don't know that vermouth is wine.

Our mission is to show its true essence.
